We don’t build a module out of a large ERP with screens you’ll never touch. The first conversation is about your exact flow: how stock arrives, how it gets deducted, who approves an order, what reports accounting and management need at month end. Frequently asked questions

How is this different from a stock module inside a purchased ERP?

A purchased ERP ships with screens and steps designed for the general case, and you adapt to it. Here it’s the other way round: we analyse your exact flow — how stock arrives, how an order gets approved, what reports you need — and build only the screens you actually use. If the assessment shows an existing product would cost you less, we say so directly.

What happens to the data in our spreadsheets?

It gets imported. That’s almost always the first stage of the project — without your history the new application starts empty and people drift back to files in week one. Cleaning the data on import decides whether the system gets adopted.

How much does custom inventory management software cost?

Does it work across multiple locations or warehouses?
