What would the application you need cost?

We won’t give you a fixed price list here — it would be misleading either way. Instead, here’s what actually drives the cost, what helps us give you a real figure, and where to find ranges by project type.

What drives the cost of an application

Workflow complexity

A single simple flow costs something different from a process with many exceptions and edge cases.

Number of users

Ten concurrent users is a different technical conversation from five hundred.

Platforms

Web, desktop, mobile or all three — each extra platform adds work, but less than you’d think if the backend is shared.

Integrations

An isolated system is simple. One that has to talk to your ERP, your accounting software or the couriers costs more — usually because of missing documentation on the other system’s side, not our code.

Design

A bespoke design with its own visual identity costs more than a clean interface built on existing components. For an internal system, the second option is usually the right call.

Security & compliance

Fine-grained roles, an audit log, data-retention requirements — if your field calls for them, they show up in the price.

AI

A simple chatbot over documentation is cheap. An agent that executes actions in your ERP is, in essence, an integration project with an AI layer on top.

Maintenance

Who maintains the system after delivery changes how much we document and test upfront — slightly more now, much less over time.

What helps us give you a real estimate

You don’t need a spec document. If you have answers to a few of these, the first conversation is far more useful:

  • What business problem you want solved — not what solution you think you need
  • Who will use the system and roughly how many people, concurrently
  • Which features are essential and what can wait for a second stage
  • Which systems it needs to talk to — ERP, accounting, online store, others
  • What you already have: an old system, spreadsheets, or starting from scratch
  • Whether there’s a real deadline behind it — an audit, a season, a launch
  • A budget range, even a rough one — it changes the recommendation completely

Want real ranges before the conversation?

The pricing page has ranges for every project type, with what moves the price up or down. The exact figure for you still comes after a conversation, but that page shows you the order of magnitude upfront.

Frequently asked questions

Why isn’t there a fixed price here?

Because a fixed price given without knowing what we’re building would either be uselessly high to cover every case, or bait that gets corrected in the quote. See what moves the price above, tell us about your project, and you get a real figure, not a range picked off the internet.

Is the initial estimate final?

No — it’s a starting point, based on what you tell us in the first conversation. The written quote, with a fixed price for a defined scope, comes once we understand exactly what we’re building.

How long until I hear back?

We reply within 24 hours on business days. For a first estimate, often sooner.

Do I have to commit to anything to get a figure?

No. The first conversation is free and doesn’t turn into follow-up pressure. If the conclusion is that we’re not the right fit, we’ll say so directly.

Tell us what you want to build

Message us on WhatsApp or email with as many of the answers above as you have. We’ll come back with whatever’s missing and a first estimate.

No obligation, no follow-up pressure.
