What helps in the first conversation
You don’t need a written specification. If you have answers to a few of these, the conversation is far more productive:
- What problem you want solved — not what solution you think you need
- Who will use the system and roughly how many people
- Whether there is a real deadline behind it (audit, season, launch)
- A budget range, even a rough one — it changes the recommendation completely
Frequently asked questions
Do you work with clients outside Timișoara?
Yes, most projects are remote, with clients from all over Romania. Conversations happen over video, the test environment is available at any time and progress is visible weekly. Location has never been a real problem.
What is the smallest project you take on?
We don’t have a fixed threshold, but below a certain size we’re not the economical option for you — a two-hour change on an existing WordPress site is cheaper with a freelancer. We’ll say so openly and, where we can, point you to somebody else.
How long until I get a quote?
For a clearly defined project: 2–3 business days after the initial conversation. For complex systems we propose a short paid audit first, because a serious quote for something undefined would be guesswork.
How does payment work?
Half up front, half on completion. The deposit is paid after we send the quote and you accept it, the balance on delivery. No full payment up front and no full payment at the end — the risk is shared.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, without discussion. Send us your document or we use a standard one, before you go into detail about your business.
