The first part concerns the use of this website. The second describes the general framework in which we provide services — the specific conditions of each project are set out in the signed contract.

The techcraft.ro website is operated by TechCraft, with its registered office at Bulevardul Cetății nr. 57, Timișoara, Timiș county, Romania.

2. Acceptance of the terms

By accessing and using this website you confirm that you have read and accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.

3. Website content

The information on this website is general presentation material. Service descriptions, the technologies listed and the indicative timelines are for orientation and do not constitute a firm offer in the legal sense of the term.

A firm offer is issued exclusively in writing, individually, after a conversation about the specific requirements of the project.

The “Reference architectures” section presents typical technical configurations that we implement. It does not represent work carried out for identified clients and must not be read as a portfolio of completed projects.

4. Intellectual property

The texts, structure, graphic elements and code of this website are protected by copyright law and belong to the provider, with the exception of third-party trade marks and product names mentioned, which belong to their respective owners.

You may quote extracts with attribution and a link to the original page. Reproducing entire pages, copying the texts for another website or using the content commercially requires our written consent.

The technology names mentioned — Java, Spring Boot, WordPress, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Magento, Shopify, React Native, React and the others — are trade marks of their respective owners, used here purely descriptively. Mentioning them implies no affiliation or official certification.

5. Limitation of liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on the site accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or free of errors.

We are not liable for damages resulting from decisions taken solely on the basis of the general information on this website, without a conversation and a concrete analysis of your situation.

We are not responsible for the content of external websites linked from here and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the site.

6. General framework of the services

For every project a contract is concluded, or a quote is accepted in writing, establishing at least:

• The subject of the work, the deliverables and the acceptance criteria.
• The stages, deadlines and dependencies on information or decisions from the client.
• The price, currency, invoicing and payment terms.
• The transfer of copyright over the delivered code upon full payment of the price.
• The defect remediation period and the terms of any subsequent maintenance.
• The confidentiality clauses applicable to both parties.

Where these general terms conflict with the contract signed for a specific project, the contract prevails.

7. Rights over the delivered code

The economic copyright over code developed specifically for the client transfers to the client upon full payment of the agreed price, unless the contract provides otherwise.

Open-source components remain under their original licences. Tools, internal libraries and reusable components developed by us before the project remain ours; the client receives an unlimited right to use them within the delivered solution.

8. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disagreement is resolved amicably; failing that, jurisdiction lies with the courts at the provider’s registered office.

9. Changes

We reserve the right to amend these terms. The applicable version is the one published on the site at the date of access, and the date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
