Your systems, connected automatically, not through manual export and import
The same information typed in twice, into two different systems, is the clearest sign you need an integration. System A doesn’t know what system B just did — and someone on your team ends up acting as the courier for data between them.
Usually it’s a handful of systems that should talk to each other and don’t: the ERP, the accounting software, the online store, the CRM, the couriers. Each does its own part well, but nobody owns what happens in between — and that’s exactly where data and time get lost.
We build the integration layer over what you already have. When a system has a documented API, the work is straightforward. When it doesn’t — common with older systems — we reconstruct the behaviour from real traffic or from files exchanged over SFTP, with retries and logging at every step, so a network error doesn’t turn into a lost order.
We recommend a central integration hub over point-to-point wiring between every pair of systems. With three systems, the difference doesn’t show. With five or six, point-to-point means ten to fifteen separate connections to maintain; with a hub, each system talks once, to the hub.
What we build
Point-to-point or hub-based integration
For two systems, a direct connection is enough. From three systems up, we recommend a central hub — easier to maintain and to extend.
An API built where none exists
Legacy systems with no documented API: we reconstruct the behaviour from real traffic or from files exchanged over SFTP, with validation at every step.
Retries, idempotency and logging
A network error shouldn’t duplicate an order or lose it. Every operation is retried correctly and logged, so you can verify at any time what was sent and what was received.
Data synchronisation
Stock, prices, customers, orders — the same data, seen the same way across every connected system, not copies that drift apart over time.
Monitoring and alerts
When an integration breaks, you find out immediately, not two weeks later when someone notices a discrepancy in a report.

A good fit if
- you type the same information twice, into two different systems
- a new system needs to talk to what you already have and you don’t know where to start
- you have an old system with no API and no documentation
- you have more than three systems that should sync and currently don’t
Frequently asked questions
What if the old system has no API at all?
It can usually still be integrated: through files exchanged over a folder or SFTP, by reading the database directly if it’s reachable, or by reconstructing the behaviour from observed network traffic. We don’t promise this without checking first — the conversation tells you exactly what’s realistic.
Is this the same as the e-Factura integration?
No. The e-Factura integration is specific to ANAF reporting (SPV, SAF-T, e-Transport) — it has its own dedicated page. This is the general integration between your business systems: ERP, CRM, accounting, online store, couriers.
How long does an integration take?
For two systems with a documented API: 1–3 weeks. For systems with no API or many special cases, longer — the real duration becomes clear after a short assessment of what you have.
How much does it cost?
It depends on how many systems, what documentation exists and how many special cases need handling. Indicative ranges are on the pricing page.
